Billy is a local construction and real estate developer, who together with his wife GiGi Gaubert Burk, own and operate multiple firms encompassing areas of construction & real estate that include development, consulting, general contracting / building, transaction brokering and investing. Billy has a civil and environmental engineering degree from Vanderbilt University, and holds licenses as a residential general contractor, a commercial general contractor, and a professional engineer. Businesses include Burk Property Investments, BPI Home Builder, BPI Construction, Burk Construction & Development (DBA), Starlight Studios, and Burk Engineering & Management, Inc. He is also a proud partner in GiGi’s primary business, Burk Brokerage Real Estate.
