Join the Professional Women in Building Councils Monthly Meeting.
On the Third Thursday of every month, the PWB Council members will host their monthly meeting to discuss upcoming events, sponsor fundraising, and host speakers periodically. Join them for Lunch and Learn at the HBA on 'Building Relationships to Build your Business' - Melissa Willis is confirmed as the speaker.
"Melissa Willis is a business coach and consultant with over a decade of experience helping people to increase revenues, get more referrals, and improve office morale. She is a DISC specialist who understands, firsthand, how important it is to understand people and their behavior. Melissa loves to help people create big visions and then bring them to fruition. Her no-nonsense approach and sense of humor have helped her to build her business and create connections for her clients that have been mutually beneficial. Melissa has two sons and lives in Metairie. She also has a cat who actually rescued her."
This interactive workshop will help you to identify the right people and treat them the way THEY want to be treated (and easy ways to figure that out). We will also discuss the top 5 best practices in business networking and how to get more referrals from your networking efforts. Melissa will also discuss the following topics:- Attending networking events is only the beginning of building relationships in business.
