Continuing Education Class: "Paint Recycling and Reclaimed Building Materials at The Green Project"
This workshop will provide a tour of our facility, and share details on what donated materials TGP accepts and how to get involved in waste diversion of building materials. Participants will spend most of their time in our M.E.S.S. Lab, learning how to process waste latex paint, and also recycling their own unique paint colors for resale. Participants will collect paint, mix and package it, name it, and "market" their product via a creative advertising template or social media post. All sales from M.E.S.S. Lab paint funnel back into TGP's education program to keep it sustainable.
